Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Recurring Pain, Discomfort And Pulsating Feeling In Right Testicle?
For the last 5-6 days my right testicle has been rectracting/shifting, pulsing, causing discomfort, and sometimes pain. Sometimes it lasts for around an hour sometimes minutes. It doesn t seem to be swelling at all. It feels as if it s being squeezed gently and gets tighter over time. Any ideas on what s going on...?
As per my surgical experience, the recurring pain, discomfort and pulsating feeling in right testicle may be related to referred pain from calculus in the right kidney or ureter most likely than other issues as orchitis which gives constant pain. It is best recommended to undertake an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis with Doppler of testicles for final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
