What Causes Recurring Pain In Left Quadrant Of Stomach?
Hi,For the last two months I have had reoccurring upper left quadrant pain in my stomach. The pain does not spread nor does it intensify. The pain almost feels like a bruised muscle or nerve pain. The pain is not in a large area it is occurring approximately two inches from my belly button to the left. I have no others symptoms as I feel completely normal its just annoying. The pain also seems not existent in the mornings and if I am not twisting my stomach area. Thanks in advance.
Hi, It seems that you might be having chronic constipation and some fecal material loaded in your left side colon giving rise this pain. This might give pain while pressing that area or dull pain off an on. Take more fiber containing food. Take plenty of water. Take some laxative at night. Ok and take care.
