What Causes Recurring Pain In Left Shoulder And Left Breast?
My name is mimi writing in from Uganda, Kampala. I recently (last year 2014 - in June) had a heart attack scare. I was entering a taxi and I got a very sharp shooting pain behind left shoulder, it was the first time happening in my life. After a few, minutes (15), i felt light headed and went to nearby clinic, where the pain disappered without any treatment.After two weeks, the pain came back but this time, very mild and under my left breast, i did all tests like, blood tests that was normal, 2 ecgs (nonspecific t-wave, echo, normal and 24hr holter monitor normal. I have experience anxiety disorders and constant pain on my left side, shoulder, upper back and below left breast for the past 1 yr. My doctors are saying everything is ok but i dont agree with them.My weight is 89kg and height is 167, spO2 97% AND PULSE IS 57, bp is 109/76mmhg am 40yrs

From history it seems that as all cardiac tests are normal, you might be having anxiety disorder like Cardiac neurosis and costo-chondritis.
Avoid stress,
Reduce weight,
Go for light excercises like slow walking, deep breathing exercises etc.
Take NSAID medicine for pain.
