Sir, my child aged 14 yrs facing acute lower abdominal pain since Jul 16. I have visited to Pediatrician in Jul and he had prescribed ciprofloxcin for 5 days in 2 times a day. Again, he faces same stomach pain in the month of Aug 16 and he has been given Ranitidine and tab meftal spas for 2 days. Now, two days ago again he faces same lower abdominal pain at bellybutton followed by vomitting and low fever. Doctor has prescribed for USG for lower abdomen and URA. Reports of the same are normal. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be vivid issues as intestine colic, urinary gravels or else to produce such pain.
* In my clinic, after a thorough clinical examination, I do recommend to undertake an evaluation with a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis to move further in diagnostic approach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
