Hi

I have gone through your query.

Some reasons for pain include pelvic pain like a uterine infection, vaginal infection or fibroids. Usually, the best way to diagnose this would be to get a uterine and gynecological exam. This can be done by visualising this through a scope.

A biopsy or scraping of the organs can also help with the cause. Along with this, many people find using muscle relaxants useful. Please see a chemist for a prescription of this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
