What Causes Recurring Pain In Lower Abdomen?

i have been suffering from light pain in my lower abdomen for 3 years.The pain had started after i had a 1.5 month miscarriage due to some mistake. But no doctor could understand the reason of pain for 3 years as my ultrasound report & check up is absolutely ok.

Hi.
History of a miscarriage followed by pain in the lower abdomen can be due to intestinal obstruction. You say your ultrasonography report is normal. This means it excludes the Ovarian cyst, Salpingitis, lymph node enlargement, cystitis, enteritis and so on. IT is better to go for Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen, enteroclysis, Diagnostic Laparoscopy for diagnosis and may be for a treatment .
