What Causes Recurring Pain In Lower Back, Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Discharge?
Hello. For the past two days I have been experiencing on and off lower back aches. Last week I was cramping and feeling a pulling in my stomach. Aside from that I am having some discharge and wetness last week it was some bleeding. Any idea what this might be due to?
Noted your short history about having back ache, cramping and pulling in stomach, vaginal discharge and bleeding. The possible causes I can think about are as follows: PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease can cause all three symptoms. Problems related to Uterus and cervix needs to be examined by a Gynecologist. Ultrasound of abdomen and tests of urine, stool and blood. Proper clinical evaluation by your Doctor and correlation with reports can help to pinpoint the cause and thus get treated accordingly. Back ache an be local causes then needing local treatment and medicines or can be secondary to abdominal conditions. Proper management of the original cause will help to heal the back ache too.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
