What Causes Recurring Pain In Upper Abdomen, Nausea And Headaches?

For the past 4 hours I feel as if someone punched me in my upper abdomen. The pain has not stopped even for a moment, there are no changes in my diet, I am a healthy 18 year old girl i don t do drugs or drink alcohol, I am now laying in bed with my head elevated and every couple mins a new surge of pain goes threw my body. I am nauseous and have a headache the light are off in my room tell me how to make it stop

based on what you said, you may be experiencing problem with stomach, liver gall bladder or pancreas.
you should go to a nearby health centre and get your blood tests and ultrasound abdomen to assist in making a definite diagnosis.
