What Causes Recurring Pain In Wrists, Elbows, Shoulders And Jaws While Sleeping?
My husband has sudden severe spells of pain at intervals when he lies down. Pain begins in both wrists and then elbows, shoulders and some jaw pain. The pain lasts about an hour or so then goes away and may return the next day. This has been the third episode in a little over a wek.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bilateral pain then it could be due to arthritic condition it can be managed with tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day till it is diagnosed hope this information helps.
