What Causes Recurring Pain On The Right Side From Hip To The Back?

Hi, ok, I have reaccuring pain right side front, from hip go vertically towards the left side.....palm will rest on hip bone and tip of finger is where the pain is. And at times the pain goes through to my back. Another thing...it is most painful around ovulation time :)

Do Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
Pain more during ovulation time and periods-mostly polycystic ovary.
Or some other pelvic infections.
