General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to rheumatoid arthritis. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application at the rash area.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
