What Causes Recurring Painful Welts On Arms And Legs With Headache?

My daughter is 29 years old and had large red welts on her legs and arms that are extremely painful. This is the second time is a period of 5 years that she has gotten these. Other symptoms she experiences is her entire body hurting and extremely tired and headaches.

I think you are talking about shingles yet a photo is needed to evaluate better this skin condition. If it is confirmed of being shingles using acyclovir tablets and ointment may be needed.
