Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring pimples on back post workouts which could be due to abundance of sebaceous glands in that area. So in your case the symptoms are probably due to allergy , irritation or infection due to sweat during workout.
Wash area with body wash containing salicylic acid. Exfoliate your skin twice a week. Apply raw honey at night and wash it in the morning. Apply azelaic acid cream after washing back area twice a day. Use telcum powder and wipe your sweat with towel time to time during workout.
You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid taking oily, fried and spicy food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
