What Causes Recurring Pulsating Feeling Below The Rib Cage?

Hi I am 55 and over the last few months, daily, no pattern, varied I have been experiencing pulsating below rib cage in th middle, twice it has been a lot stronger, making me hold my breath waiting for something serious to happen but it didnt can you advise please

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms is not due to any ill condition but it may be due to nonspecific reasons, but it may be due to hyperacidity and it can be given try with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time hope this information helps.
