What Causes Recurring Pus Filled Scabs On Elbow And Wrist?
Hi, I have these odd scabs that or on my elbow and one on my wrist. I am a football player, so I m constantly coming in contact with other people. The scabs start off as little pus spots but eventually they will break, scab, and another few will appear. They are mostly on my one elbow and one on my wrist (same arm). Also one now on my on my opposite elbow. I have no idea what it is. They don t itch much. Just irritating. Please let me know what it could be. I thought maybe ring worm. But doesn t seem likely.

It can be a folliculitis or impetigo. As of now clean the area with soap and water and apply over the counter available antibiotics like mupirocin.
Make sure that your blood sugar is well within the normal range because uncontrolled diabetes can cause recurrent skin infection.
