What Causes Recurring Rash On 20 Month Old?

My 20 month old daughter has a spotty rash that goes but comes back. Ive been to my gp's but they couldnt pinpoint anything as to what it could be. Its on her chest, arms and legs. I havent changed her food or changed washing products. Can anyone help me
