What Causes Recurring Rashes Below Armpit Despite Hydrocortisone Usage?

My 2.5 year old daughter has a rash on the left side of her body, from her armpit down. We put hydrocortisone cream and anti-fungal cream on it for a week as suggested by her doctor, and it cleared up. It s back again tonight after being gone for only a day or two. We have a chemical-free home so I don t think it s laundry detergent or anything like that. She goes swimming once a week, and so I m wondering if it has anything to do with that. Any ideas?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi..it can be allergic reaction due to contents in the swimming pool water or can also be due to exposure to the allergens at home. You should continue a antihistamine drug like cetrizine and still if the rash Persist or increases then we need to look for other causes like contact dermatitis
