What Causes Recurring Red Bumps On Hands And Legs?

Small red bumps are appearing on my hands and legs. It appears for a day and disappears. When i take hot water bath, reddishness appears on the skin and disappears in ten minutes. For past Two weeks I m having this problem. What causing this and any treatment required?

Hi,
The symptoms mentioned by you might be due to cholinergic urticaria.
In most of cases it is due to sweating.
It is a form of allergic reaction to sweat.
That's why it is more common in summer, after exercise, exposure to heat (as after bathing as in your case).
In most of cases it is local reaction but in more severe cases there may be swelling over lips, throat which may lead to breathing difficulty, some time fainting, low blood pressure.
In your case I would like to advise-
Not to worry
In case of severe itching use antihistaminic ior steroid in severe form.
Attend emergency care if there are symptoms like swelling over lips, throat, breathing difficulty, giddiness or fainting present.
