What Causes Recurring Redness In Eyes, Mild Fever And Soreness In Neck?

i have ongoing red eyes everyday I put eye drops in several times a day, I often have a mild low grade fever frequently, and I do not feel good. I also will have soreness on both sides of neck very frequently it comes and goes weeks at a time. Eyes don t itch, and are not sensitive to light. Throat doesn t hurt inside, just along side of neck.
