What Causes Recurring Severe Headache, Painful Arm And Tight Tongue?

Good Afternoon
I am software Engineer by profession
I am getting severe headache these days
My right arm is severely paining
Sometimes I cant even speak because of headache
My tongue gets tightened.
If I weigh little heavy luggage on my back,it creates a lot of headache to me.
What is this problem
