What Causes Recurring Severe Pain In Abdomen With White Foamy Vomiting?
I ve had sever stomach aches. fetal position on the floor, feeling like my stomach is caving in, throwing up white foamy substance, can t even speak or breathe because of this pain. I had it about 2 months ago. Went to the hospital and all they said was they re not sure but it might be gastritis, gave me pain meds and antibiotics and sent me home. the pain Did Go Away After A COUPLE of days . Now almost 3 months later the pain woke me out of bed. It s not as horrible but still I am weak and cannot move much and the pain in the pit of my stomach. Any idea what this could be?
1. The pain is because of reflux aesophagitis. 2. There is a chance of corrosive aesophagitis. 3. Take Aluminium Hydroxide Syrup (Maalox or Gelusil). 4. Take Pantoprazole tablets (Pan-D) to relieve the burning sensations 5. Undergo a gastroscopy to confirm this diagnosis. 6. Avoid spicy food or alcohol or smoking.
