Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring severe upper abdominal pain which seems to be due to hyperacidity, gastritis, indigestion, GERD( gastro esophageal reflux disease) and due to underlying systemic pathology. Need not to worry. You should take small and frequent meals and avoid intake of large and bulk food at a time. You should go for exercise daily. I would suggest you to visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should go for barium meal swallow study as well. You should take omeprazole 20 mg empty stomach in the morning. You should avoid intake of spicy, sharp and outside food.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
