Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query recurrent sharp pain in chest with bile formation in mouth is due to a condition called
Barrett's esophagus in which person has weak esophageal contractions due to which stomach contents strip out of the esophagus, leading to prolonged acid and bile exposure to the esophagus which causes chest pain and bile in mouth. I would suggest you to avoid taking large meals. Take small small meals at short intervals. Donot lay on bed immediately after having food. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. Take drugs such as Omeprazole, Pantoprazole.

I would suggest you to visit gastoenterologist and get it examined if symptoms persists. Go for barium swallowing test. You can go for surgery as well after proper prescription from doctor.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
