What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain In My Lower Ribs?

hello, i have had this pain in my lower rib area on the right side in the back for a few weeks, it started when i would bend over like loading the dish washer but has become more and more of a problem happening now more and more often , my mom thinks it night be a cracked rib but i am not sure what it could be and if i did go to the doctor would they recommend anything

A cracked rib would occur if there is any history of severe trauma to the area, if this is not the case, then this is unlikely.

Pain can be related to any structure in the area from the skin inwards. It is possible that it may be related to skin, muscles and other soft tissue or any organs in the area.

Since it is ongoing and worsening, it would be best to visit your doctor for a review.
