What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain In The Rib Area Radiating To The Hip?
Every so often when I m seated upright i get a sharp cramp like pain on my right side. The area affected would be my rib area down almost to my hip. Sometimes the pain and ache lasts a few seconds and sometimes it causes an episode where it can take me a few minutes to get to a point where I can continue doing whatever it was I was doing. Any advice for treatment would be amazing

What Causes Recurring Sharp Pain In The Rib Area Radiating To The Hip?
Hello, It can be neuropathic pain associated with nerve impingement. As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists you can consult a neurologist and get evaluated, An MRI scan is required for further assessment. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
