What Causes Recurring Shortness Of Breath Post Total Knee Replacement?

In May I had a total knee replacement and I was short of breath when I went up and downstairs. That got better and went away. During the past two months it has come back and I get short of breath with any activity. I am having trouble with coughing in controllable. No one has caught it from me. I have to stop during activity to just catch my breath.

As per your history is concerned you have shortness of breath while on exertion so it has many reasons first do ECG and ECHO and do a through physical cardiac exam and secondly do a full blood count with differential to ruled out day to day disorders.it has no relation with knee replacement.Nothing to be worried at all (thanks)
