What Causes Recurring Sinus Infections And Bronchitis?

I have had repeated sinus infections which lead to bronchitis. In six months have been on 4 rounds of antibiotics and prednisone. The last infection it was 20 days of both because my coughing and breathing was still bad after 10 days. My ENT told me I should go to a pulmonologist but I have never had a cold, what about an immunologist or infectious disease doctor? I am still congested after ending the 20 days of meds.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, of course it could be sinusitis but it may not be the infection and if it not the infection then taking antibiotic will not help you at all unless it is being confirmed infection condition can not be treated with antibiotic, in my opinion it is better to try, Tab Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen as per needed, Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine drink more water try steam inhalation, hope this information helps.
