What Causes Recurring Sinus Pressure, Heaviness In Eyes And Painful Forehead?
Hi Doctor, I am usually suffering a headache, but I am not sure what is the reason for my headache. Normally I start feeling sinus in nose area, my eyes are getting heavy & start pain in forehead. Could you please tell me the exact disease & how I can cure it?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring sinus pressure, heaviness in eyes and painful forehead which is a condition known as chronic sinusitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take steam inhalation. You should take nasal decongestant sprays, antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option for you. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X ray and get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles. You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper oral hygiene. .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
