Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Noted you have repeated sore throat. So when you have it get your posterior pharynx examined... You might have repeated tonsilitis... Maintain your hygiene proper... Before eating hand washing done .. Take outside food limited.... Just now for sore throat salt water gargles done.... Take amoxiclav antibiotic to prevent secondary infection... More water.... Get your nose examined ..if nasal polyp or DNS present then repeated cold and sore throat can occur... Rule out allergic infections also. CBC done for eosinophilia checking. If seems allergic, allergen test can be done. Take care.
