Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sore throat, splotches on uvula, inflammation of the tonsils associated pain and fever are suggestive of infection of pharynx or throat.
Infections of throat can spread to ear and vice versa due to spread via eustachian tube.
Thus, the ear ache is probably due to spread of
throat infection.
As an immediate measure you can start warm saline gargles and a pain killer.
Oral sex can cause
herpes simplex infection which can lead to inflammation of pharynx, tonsils, gums, fluid filled bumps which may ulcerate and are covered with gray exudate.
The herpes simplex infection is preceded by
tingling sensation.
There may be associated
lymphadenopathy.
A clinical assessment will be required to know whether the infection is due to herpes simplex or some other bacteria.
Thus, you need to consult an
ENT specialist for clinical assessment, diagnosis and prescription of most appropriate medication.
Thanks and take care
