What Causes Recurring Soreness In Throat?

Ive had a recurring sore throat for 2 weeks. It goes away for a few days then suddenly comes back. No swollen glands that i can see but painful to swallow. No fever or cold symptoms just seem more tired than usual. However I recently had a miscarriage 2 months ago and had my 1st period since then which was extremely long and heavy and left me feeling quite run down.
