What Causes Recurring Sores In Buttocks?

Hello I have herpes 1,and 2 for 14 years I have noticed the last four years I have been getting sores on my butt. And it is very painful. So Monday I went to the doctor he tells me it is shiggles. Now remind you he knows I have herpes. I have noticed the last year I have bad lots of break outs back to back. I am scared. I was reading if you have back to back breaks out it means your body is weak and you could have HIV. My doctor checked my blood about five weeks ago to check my blood to check to put me on a diet medicine called phermaine. Would he have found something wrong with my blood at the time of my blood work to let him know if something was wrong with me. He said your blood work came back hood for diabetes and said I could take the diet pill
