What Causes Recurring Spasms Under The Rib Cage And Difficult Breathing?

Hi I have a sinking feeling just below my ribs and weird feelings around my chest . The feeling kinda makes it hard to breath . I get a shock feeling around my body sometimes like a spasm under he rib cage it's very uncomfortable and when it happens I feel weak .

Check your BP. Check for lung sounds to make sure they are clear. If both of this is okay, you may want to do a sonography of your abdominal area
