What Causes Recurring Stomach Discomfort While On Effexor?

I have had recurring stomach discomfort that happens daily around mid afternoon. Nothing severe...cramp like almost. I m almost 53 and have not had a real period since January (1-2days of slight spotting in May). I take one 75 mg Effexor each day and that s,the extent of medication I m on. thank you, Kelly

Hello,

I think this pain may probably come from a stomach issue. It cannot really be said what it is without further examinations.

You can do an abdominal ultrasound first and then you can do a fybroscopy too because a gastroduodenal ulcera is possible.
