General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You may want to consider imaging of the gastrointestinal tract to see if there are any physical change that may be contributing to the vomiting and abdominal cramps. Imaging may be by ultrasound. If there are no obvious changes, your doctor may consider a scope to take a look inside the stomach and upper intestine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
