What Causes Recurring Stones In Kidneys?

I keep getting kidney stones. I have been getting them for 15 yrs. I no longer drink sodas, tea and vey little coffee. I mainly drink water with lemon, Lemonade or Propel Zero. My last stone was analyzed as Calcium Oxalate 65% & Carbonate Apatite 35%. My dad had kidney stones his whole life and now my sons started having them. Help
