What Causes Recurring Tingling Sensation In Clitoris?

Hi, I have a tingling sensation my clitoritis area. I was on Ciproflaxcin for 3 days for bladder infection/uti, and took AZO standard for 2 days. Today is the first day without any off those drugs, and last night I notice the tingling sensation in my clitoritis area. I took a warm bath last and clean that area very gently. This morning the tingle was not there, it s the afternoon time and it s back. It s very weird feeling almost putting menthol down there. I have had uti s before and never felt this tingle. Can you please help???? I am not stressed out worried just very weird. I am 36 yrs old and normal sex life.
