What Causes Recurring Vertigo?

Hi, my name is imran khan i am 29 year old stay at mumbai my weight is approx 75kg since last 4 to 5 months i feel giddiness, sometimes i feel really good, whenever i shake my head or concentrate on something for more than half an hour i feel giddiness and got my head tired, i went to the doctor Neurologist MD he told me that its a type of vertigo and the vein inside your ear is not got imbalanced or not working properly he prescribed me vertin16, cyclospasmol200mg, stemetile MD and zapiz 0.5mg, i took these medicines since last 2 months it works but, when i stop taking these medicines, problem occurs again, I have also done city brain, but its normal, now i days, another doctor told me to take pari 10mg tablet he is also a Neurologist Md, sir please advice me what to do, what disease is this, i want to be fit and fine. Please suggest me, and show me the way, so i can be fine soon. Thanks

hi
usually vertigo is due to pathology in ear ( peripheral vertigo)
so u need to rule out ear causes .
consult ENT surgeon and get ur ear examined.
central vertigo is treated by neurologist .
