What Causes Recurring Vomiting And Breathing Difficulty?

Hello I have some questions about my husbands health, He vomits from time to time (very often) almost daily for no reason and now it s to the point he spits up blood. he has lost his voice and is at a whisper now we have a awful cough and hard to breathe. Any ideas of what it might be?

As per your history is concerned he has vomiting with blood which is called hematemesis .please do check an endoscopy exam,ultrasound full abdomen,a s well as Doppler study of liver to ruled out portal vein thrombosis ,. Treatment depends upon cause .Send me reports and nothing to be worried at all ,first admit him and add a saline and blood ..continue to manage all four vital signs like BP,PULSE,RR rate,TEMP until stops vomiting and blood .
