What Causes Recurring Vomiting, Bloating And Diarrhea?

For the second time in 6weeks, I have experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. It seemed like food poisoning each time. Since the first time I have been bloated after resuming foods. I normally eat a very healthy diet, am very healthy and do not take medications. My pressure and weight are normal.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and may not be due food poisoning and it can not be food poisoning, take care in diet have fresh prepared food, and healthy diet, else this is nothing to worry, drink more water, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
