What Causes Recurring Vomiting, Diarrhea And Fatigue?
This list may sound ridiculous but been back and forth to hospital and they think I just keep getting a viral flu over and over but my gut tells me there is more to this. My symptoms are constant vomiting for 3 weeks, diareah, head ache, legs hurting extreme elevated blood pressure, dizziness, fatigue, bloated abdomen sense of constant fullness tho nothing in me. General ER blood panel look fine and urine fine too. Gull bladder fine appendix fine. But nothing changing and keep getting dehydrated and having to return to ER. Any thoughts?

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be gastro-intestinal infection and in my opinion it can be well managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, Tab Domperidone 30 mg three times in day for vomiting, care need to be taken in diet, avoid the spicy food, hydration also need to be taken care, hope this information helps.
