As per your query you have symptoms of recurring welts after insect bite which is mainly due to inflammation and redness caused by infection.
Need not to worry Triple antibiotic ointment is the best treatment for your symptoms. Short courses of oral cortisone or steroids are taken for short periods (one to three days) to settle more severe symptoms. You should avoid itching and pricking of rashes. You may take Vitamin C and apply calamine lotion on the rashes. Visit dermatologist once and get a complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.
