Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Melacare contains
hydroquinone,
isotretinoin and steroid mometasone furoate and the symptoms that you are experiencing that is pimples and increased hair growth are all due to side effects of steroid use and you need to immediately
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you a tapering method of withdrawal of the cream that is you should use the creams once a week for one week followed by using every alternate day and then gradually stopping the use..
This is done in order to prevent withdrawal side effects.
Once your skin starts becoming normal you can start applying safer depigmenting creams containing Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and arbutin to reduce pigmentation..
If there are pimples
Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin gel can be applied..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Do cool compresses on face.
Limit sun exposure..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
