General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What discharge per vagina you are complaining of could be associated with certain lesions in the uterus like uterine/cervical polyp, fibroid or endometriosis.
You need to undergo per speculum examination by a Gynaecologist and an ultrasound abdominal scan to know what could be the cause for the symptoms. Accordingly appropriate treatment can be planned and executed.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and consult Gynaecologist with the report for appropriate evaluation.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
