Hello,
Thank you for your query.
It sounds like she has itched or rubbed her eye causing a
friction blister (similar to those appearing while breaking in a new shoe).
I recommend :
-avoid itching eye
-clean eye with boiled and cooled water using a clean cotton or washcloth.
-do not poke the blister.
-wash eye with clean water to remove any foreign particles. Don't put any object into the eye.
-if the blister becomes red or yellow, or if she has pain /discomfort , please consult an ophthalmologist.
If she is known to have allergies to pollen or dust, please administer her
allergy medications or drops for 3 days or as instructed by her doctor. If any sign or worsening or not getting better after 2 days of treatment, stop and consult her doctor.
Do not use any
steroid preparations without talking to her doctor first.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
