What Causes Red And Itchy Bumps Above And Around Buttocks?
I have red itchy bumps above and around the top of my butt crack. They are in all sizes and some are grouped while a few are off on their own. There are a few around my butt cheecks with most in or around the crack. What is causing this and how can I get rid of it?

Red itchy bumps on the buttocks can be allergic in origin.
Is there any fabric to which you are allergic or is there any bite on the buttocks?
You can use lacto-calamine lotion for symptomatic relief but the cause of red itchy bumps needs to be known for definitive management.
If the red bumps get filled with pus, antibiotic treatment may be required.
A clinical assessment of the bumps is required to diagnose the condition and thereafter treatment can be started.
