What Causes Red And Itchy Skin On The Penis And Scrotum?
After I shower and apply lotion on my skinfold of the penis and scrotum my skin becomes red and begins to burn for a little while and then like an hour later becomes itchy. And then when i become dry down there the skinfold develops scabs and becomes rough and flaky. While the scrotum just stays real wrinkly. What kind of problem does that sound like? How do you treat it?
