What Causes Red And Purple Marks On The Penis Head?
What causes red and purple marks on head of penis? I have redish/purpleish marks on the head of the penius. They are on the rim of the head. Also on the tip on either side of the opening. Not very attractive. Is there any cream or ointment I can apply

It may be due to penile angiokeratomas. As it's asymptomatic, there is no need for any active management. In case of bleeding, you may require laser surgery after urologist consultation. Avoid harsh cosmetic products. Maintain proper hygiene.
