Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red and sore marks on face which is due to either hormonal changes, stress, facial acne and a condition known as rosacea. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. it requires proper analysis and treatment from a dermatologist to differentiate and diagnose. Don't take self medication. Don't apply any cream containing steroids without proper prescription. Drink plenty of water. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight as it will exaggerate your condition. Apply tea tree oil dipped in cotton on face. Don't touch and prick it . Take diet rich in multivitamins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
