What Causes Red Bruise On The Area Of Tick S Bite?

Hi... I live in the woods and have a tick bite that looks a little different. The tick was removed 24 hours ago but the red circle that usually goes away by now is actually getting bigger. The whole tick was intact. Do I need to watch for other symptoms or is this fairly normal? Thanks, Zen

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there is local allergic reaction due to poisonous bite.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for 1-2 days.
Apply calamine lotion on the part.
Ok and take care.
